Q: What is LCSD Online Patron Registration System (OPRS)? What services provided by the LCSD Patron System?   A: The OPRS is a patron application submission and profile maintenance system for the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) patron using the Internet. Through the registration, patrons can subscribe to various LCSD services, such as LCSD E-magazine and LCSD Leisure Link. 2. Q: What is my login id and password for changing my profile?   A: You login id and password are the Email address and the password you entered in the online application form. 3. Q: How can I change my login id, password, email address, service subscriptions and other information?   A: Except the information (e.g., name, ID document number, birthday, gender) in the ID document, all your information can be changed by using the "Change Profile / Unsubscribe Services" option. 4. Q: What is the service hours of the enquiries hotline?   A: The service hours of our telephone enquiries hotline is from 8:45am to 6:00pm during weekdays (except public holidays). Q: What is LCSD e-Magazine?   A: e-Magazine is one of the subscription service that LCSD Patron can enjoy. Upon registration as LCSD patron, you can subscribe the e-magazine service by selecting your areas of interest. Initially, nine areas of interest will be provided to the public. They are: (1) Cultural Presentations and Films (2) Territory-wide & Free Entertainment Programme (3) News on Cultural Facilities (4) Heritage & Museums Programme (5) Hong Kong Public Libraries Extension Activity (6) Recreation & Sports Activities (7) News on Leisure Facilities (8) Community Greening Activities (9) Corporate News Once subscribed, you will receive a personalised e-Magazine periodically, according to your preferences. Promotion materials will be sent to you via emails. You can easily locate your preferred areas of interest via the hyperlinks provided by your personalized e-Magazine. For Leisure Link subscription 6. Q: Can I use the different name, birthday and ID number from the ID documents?   A: No. They must be the same as your identification documents. 7. Q: What is the purpose of submitting the identity document? What kind of ID document is acceptable? If I do not live in HK or do not have HKID, can I become a LCSD Patron?   A: Please note that submission of your identitification document is optional, however you may be requested to produce identity document when necessary. Your identity document is for validation purpose. We accept the following identity documents: 1. Hong Kong Identity Card 2. Passport 3. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Re-entry Permits (HK SAR R/P) 4. Birth certificate 5. Student ID card. If you do not live in HK or do not have HKID, you could provide any one of above identity document. 8. Q: I do not have the scan image of the ID documents, can I send it by fax or mail?   A: Yes, please send it with a title "For LCSD Patron Application" and provide your contact phone number to the following: Fax: 2377 4066 Mail: LCSD-Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre, 5/F, Leisure & Cultural Services Department Kwun Chung Complex, 17 Bowring Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. 9. Q: If I am already a patron of SPORTIX or Leisure Link, do I automatically become a LCSD Patron?   A: No. You should apply the LCSD Patron through the LCSD Online Patron Registration System 10. Q: If I lost or forgot my Leisure Link or SPORTIX number or password, what should I do to replace it?   A: Please call the LCSD Telephone Enquiry Center during office hour at 2314 7702. After verification, you will be given your Leisure Link number. For the password, you can retrieve the password by clicking the 'Forgot Password' link on the left. We will send you your password through email after you have provide your identification number or email address.
