LCSD Patron Registration Registered LCSD patron can choose to enjoy the following services:
(1)	e-Magazine: A personalized LCSD e-magazine will be generated according to your areas of most interest. The e-Magazine will be delivered to your email address.
(2)	Leisure Link: Members of the public may use their Hong Kong Identity Card Number for making telephone or on-line Leisure Link booking of recreation and sports facilities without registration. If you consider the use of Hong Kong Identity Card Number inconvenient, you can obtain a Leisure Link Patron Number by making on-line registration at this website for the booking of leisure facilities. All Hong Kong residents should register on-line as Leisure Link Patron with the Hong Kong Identity Card No. For visitors or persons granted temporary stay in Hong Kong, please click here to download the “LCSD – Leisure Link Temporary Patron (LLTP) Application Form” (LCS 11b). Applicants should apply in person at the LCSD-Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre on 5M/F, Kwun Chung Municipal Services Building, 17 Bowring Street, Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong and produce a valid photo-bearing travel document for verification. Each person is allowed to make only one registration. Registration for LLTPs by local residents using HKSAR Passports or any other passports (including the British Nationals (Overseas) Passport issued by the British Consulate-General Hong Kong) will not be accepted. The office hours of Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre for handling patron registration are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (except general holidays).

The membership number and password are personal data. Please keep them confidential and change the password regularly (at about 3 month time).

DECLARATION

Separated form should be submitted to register as e-Magazine or Leisure Link patron. When filling in these forms, you undertake to

e-Magazine:

(a)	Provide true, accurate, current and complete personal identification information about yourself as required,
(b)	Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about any content posted or offered by you through any website (the aforesaid is referred as "Other Information") and
(c)	Maintain and promptly update your personal identification information and Other Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

Leisure Link:

(a)	I have not applied / The applicant has not applied for more than one Leisure Link Patron registration;
(b)	The information I have provided in this application is true and complete;
(c)	The Leisure and Cultural Services Department may access the personal data and records held by relevant government departments (such as Immigration Department) in relation to the application for verification purpose; and
(d)	I/The applicant will abide by the “Conditions of use of Leisure Link System”

If you provide any Other Information or personal identification information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has reasonable grounds to suspect that such given information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, LCSD has the right to suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any current or future use of LCSD's services (or any portion thereof).

Please also note that:

(a)	The supplied personal data including password will be applied to all subscribed services through LCSD patron, including Leisure Link and e-Magazine service.

Personal Particular of e-Magazine and Leisure Link applicant

(a)	The given information and identification document will only be used for enrolment, compilation of statistics, future correspondence, promotion of activities organized by the Department and verification of identification. Apart from staff duly authorized by the Department, no one will be given access to your personal information.
(b)	Applicant has the rights to request access and to request the correction of the given personal data.
(c)	Applicant aged below 18 is required to fill in the Guardian Particulars part.
