LCSD Patron Registration Registered LCSD patron can choose to enjoy the following services:
(1)	e-Magazine: A personalized LCSD e-magazine will be generated according to your areas of most interest. The e-Magazine will be delivered to your email address.
(2)	LCSD Leisure Link: Members of the public may use their Hong Kong Identity Card Number for making telephone or on-line Leisure Link booking of recreation and sports facilities without registration. If you consider the use of Hong Kong Identity Card Number inconvenient, you can obtain a Leisure Link Patron Number by making on-line registration at this website for the booking of leisure facilities.

DECLARATION

You may be asked to fill in one or more than one of our registration forms (on-line or otherwise) before certain services become available to you. When filling in these forms, you undertake to

(a)	Provide true, accurate, current and complete personal identification information about yourself as required,
(b)	Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about any content posted or offered by you through any website (the aforesaid is referred as "Other Information") and
(c)	Maintain and promptly update your personal identification information and Other Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If you provide any Other Information or personal identification information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has reasonable grounds to suspect that such given information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, LCSD has the right to suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any current or future use of LCSD's services (or any portion thereof).

Please also note that:

(a)	The supplied personal data including password will be applied to all subscribed services through LCSD patron, including LCSD Leisure Link and e-Magazine service.

Personal Particular of e-Magazine and LCSD Leisure Link applicant

(a)	The given information and identification document will only be used for enrolment, compilation of statistics, future correspondence, promotion of activities organized by the Department and verification of identification. Apart from staff duly authorized by the Department, no one will be given access to your personal information.
(b)	Applicant has the rights to request access and to request the correction of the given personal data.
(c)	Applicant aged below 18 is required to fill in the Guardian Particulars part.
